Food there is friggin expensive so go to the supermarket for munch (behind townhall on dam square.)
Recommended coffee shop -Rastababy
Recommended smoke - G13 Haze (tasty peng-ness)
Recommended bar - Hotel Winston/Winston Kingdom (hotel I stayed at. Staff are well safe and winston kingdoms a club next door)

Went there for a couple of days at the end of a mini euro trip I was doing and thought the place was brilliant.

Hill Street Blues was probably my most favourite coffee shop for the fact that there was so much to look at whilst you kill a few hours.

I guess the only negative thing I found was that a coke or and orange juice in most of the coffee shops were about 2 or 3 euros and that's nearly 2 or 3 quid at the moment.

Rent bikes as well. 5 euro for the whole day and you get bike chains etc. Just take extra care after a session as those people don't give you a second chance.
