Yeah, sure, I could spend unnecessary money on extra usb ports- like most annoyances it can be overcome with some effort, but that isn't the point is it? It's annoying, I don't want to have to worry about plugging in- or losing- a dongle whenever I want to bring the synth up. And what if other companies do the same? You could end up pissing about with 5 dongles just to work with one track.
Come on, you must appreciate it's annoying?

reason ain't hobbled or bobbled or crippled or any of that. check stenchman or widdler for reassurance. Liam Howlett even uses it. I recommend getting reason 4 though.

this should be out in a few weeks. gutted to read about the dongle protection though, makes it go from a "probably" to a "probably not" for me
