Given that most analogue synths don't sound like other analogue synths anyway, the idea that there's 'an analogue sound' that all digital synths should aspire to always seems a bit daft. Can't we just say 'sounds good' or 'doesn't sound good'?

But combining them into one piece, i haven't been impressed yet.
Only the really really expensive stuff does it well (at least in terms of stuff I am interested in). I want a Summit EQ-200B :(

hardware is more fun and generally sounds better. its also really expensive and can be a pain in the ass.

use both imo.

I'm getting a seeeeerious fix this week though :D :D :D

BTW the best thing about hardware is that when your computer inevitably crashes, you don't lose any settings (thank F#CK!) :D
