And no, it wasn't that horrible Boy 8-bit remix.
Whats wrong with the boy 8-bit remix?
Just didn't like it, sounds half arsed to me and has pretty much nothing to it.

I didn’t think much to it either. Archangel is a very beautiful piece of music. It would take a lot of thought to re-work it without losing what was good about it in the first place.
Hit that long lunar note and let it float ...

regarding the flying lotus remix people were chattin about it here:
http://dubstepforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=88840

it used to be on his myspace and some fella on that thread had a rip of it but i dunno if fly-lo would much appreciate his myspace player being bootlegged

edit - i wouldn't have thought anyone could remix burial successfully but the tune flylo had on his player was pretty mindbending

Back in the dayz we used to sit cross legged in a circle at DMZ and signal the DJ with joss sticks.

considering the boy 8 bit wasnt a remix, it was just an edit - and he called it a 'simple edit' at that, i wouldnt expect too much from it - think it was more of a dj tool he decided to put on the web. still think its pretty good for what it is - a simple edit.

yeah the b8b one was just an edit to make it fit into 130bpm ish house sets. either way i think its quite nice, and it definitely works in the club. interested to hear the flylo one.
