Bananas. The best fruit ive ever tasted has been eaten on day 3 of a festival when seriously hungover and groggy.

I don't burn being quite dark skinned so Ican get away with that, but my mate who is a ginger and burns easily ruined his festival by getting severe sunburn across his back and legs one year. Stupid tnuc could have prevented it too as we told him:

Well we're just saying, it's looking really sore.

That evening he couldn't walk or put anything on his back, you could feel the heat coming off it. No after sun or anything and he still has the scars on his calves and shoulder blades as a result

I should probably take this advice as well. I spend only a few minutes in the sun and my skin starts peeling already.
