@collisionCourse- High Plains has this like binaural beat meditation thing goin on,nice.

@imperial- Dope sounds on invasion, I like the mario coin sounding synth around 3:00

Ok, I think I finally figured out what was wrong and changed a few things. Now the Intro break isn't as chaotic and it seems to gel more. Hopefully it doesn't diminish the energy I'm going for.Soundcloud

Move...

Soundcloud

Honestly I know the drop sucks... I just couldn't figure out what to do with the bassline. It needs a Doctor P type angry synth but I just couldn't make one I liked. Bah Humbug :?

nice song, not much to fault here, great bass and percussions. Maybe work on the vocal being louder in the mix overall.
X HertZ wrote:@Light shapers
Nice production man grimey bass, cool arps nice vocal samples and intro. nice mix.
Cozmo wrote:@ Lightshapers, thought this was a big tune, liked the simple sample, the intro and the break down were good, liked the guitar before the drop, basslines all good, solid tune, maybe try get some bigger basslines and wobbles in their though.
Masuka wrote:@ lightshapers: sounds great, man! loving the drop & the vocals.
Siderealdb wrote: @lightshapers- dude....When I Fall is off the hook! Can't wait till you get it finished, although id still by it now.

@imperial- nice track & variations, percussion gives the track a good sense of pace, mix is quite unclear though, kicks aren't really punching through and the synths sound way too loud in comparison to the drums imo. but yee once that's sorted it'll sound sick :D:

@a5hl3y2k6- hella good for a 1st attempt, clear mix, nice vibes, vocal part fits the tune really well. introduction of different parts as the tune progresses is decent :)

can i get a lil' feedback on these?

Near enough finished this now, might change the 2nd synth, not too sure. Will see how it goes. Drums are sounding nice and punchy and the lead is loud and clear. Should be ready for 320's if anyone wants one. :D

@ Siderealdb big tune man, really nasty, really well put together too. Love it. Lots happening in it but I think you've made it work nicely. Can't say anything bad about it at all - good work :)

@ cleanexecution another quality tune, nice vocal sample, great sounds all round.

Also, on a side note, since when did the Finished Feedback thread get this good? I remember trawling through pages desperately trying to think of something nice to say or not saying anything at all due to the terrible nature of some of the tunes here, all of a sudden it's got fucking epic. Every time I come in here all the tunes are great. When did everyone stop sucking? lol

@ ketamine lol at the sample in hitless, as for 'like a robot' cool track, groovy sounds, nice beat too, good drops, all the sections are pretty well defined - props :)

@JayZest nice chord choices, and nice sound to voice them too, sounds like calvin harris only more metalic lol :P those fading pads are nice and the melodies all work well. Another solid tune in the feedback thread lol.

Somebody needs to post something shit so I don't feel stupid constantly saying the same thing here. Oh also, JayZest, what is that weird fadey looking thing in the soundwave on your track? I've seen that a few times, what is it? Why is it there? What's it for?

@ imperial very nice man, sick bass line is pretty fucking sick. (insert 'this is sicker than ______' style comment here)

@ a5hl3y2k6 heh, as soon as I heard that accordian I was like "FUCK YOU I WANTED TO DO A REMIX OF THIS!!!" nice choice of song for a remix man, especcially with summer coming up, you did it well too, the only thing I'd maybe say is that you should think about bringing that bass out a bit more. But all in all it's well arranged and you've used good sounds :) - props

@frizzwah sweeeet sounds, love the 8-bit vibes that are coming through, really cool lead sounds, great arrangement, really well written melodies, lots of ideas and they all work great together. Do I spy a speak and spell sample? If it's not I'm sure it's something similar. Anyway, those tracks are both really solid, probs like koopa-business a bit more because I think the melodies are a little more catchy. Nice work anyway

@ hakka Dark track is dark. Liking that stringish part at the 2.30 mark, very dark, well written melody. Nice pad fading in and out in the back too, really adds to the dark atmosphere a lot. Only thing I'd say is that high pitched synth that seems to be made entirely of high end doesn't seem to fit in :S - just my opinion though, and I don't usually listen to much in this style so you should probs ignore me on that one :) - Cool tune anyway.

Just did a little remix of Shakira's She wolf, nothing major, but I like it, just thought I'd throw it out to you guys to see what everyone thinks. Could have done more but I'm happy with it I guess. Mix is a little rough since I'm using headphones but I couldn't be bothered waiting till tomorrow to put this up lol.

Will crit back...etc

@Kaiori breathe- Nice and mellow tune, sounds great. I would definitely listen to more Shakira if you were producing for her.

So here's a new track i conjured yesterday, and into today. I must've been possessed cause i really don't know where this came from. I also only used headphones on this, so I'll probably work on it again tomorrow afternoon when I have less of a chance of pissing off my neighbors.

Edit-to be fixed

@ kaiori breathe - Cheers man, wanted to get a nice atmosphere on the breakdowns, love what i have done with the violins and pads. Cheers for the kind words! Your absolutely right aswell, no low end on the wobble. Might do a bit of changing about a bit today and maybe make each part a bit longer.

Vocals work really well in yours, drums are nice and punchy, my ears tell me it needs a tiny bit more reverb on the snare to give it some space. Bass could do with coming out a bit more. Great track all in all, infact i really like this man. With a bit of EQ'ing it could sound weighty! Biggup!

A remix I just finished. I had most of it done like 5 days ago but there was just something about the beat that bothered me and it took me a few days to decide on a pattern I liked. I did a lot of things with this remix, production wise, that I had never done before like sidechaining frequencies rather than entire instruments/samples. It's not really dubstep but it's got some dubsteppish vibes I think.

Feedback will most definitely come. Don't have to work tomorrow so I'll have some extra time during the day to do some other stuff.

Hi guys, been away for a few days. But i managed to make something new ;). I'm a bit busy atm but i'll make a massive feedback post after the weekend (like i did a few pages back). I'm allready dropping my new tune in here for feedbacks.
The track started out as a joke, and out of boredom. But honestly i thought it sounded quite nice :d. So i've uploaded it and made it available for download.

So here is : Timbaland - The way i are (Code Zero dubstep bootleg rmx)
