@Cibiia That is a WILD track man, I love the NES style beginning, I've tried to go for that sound many times, haven't been to succesful. Skrillex is my favorite producer man, I don't think I can even remotely replicate his basses, even if I tried, but definitely a ton of inspiration.

Thanks everyone for the precious feedback!

I listened few productions from recent days:

@centauri - Ethernal vibes - i like this trip-hop attempt :) bells, and beat is smooth.. and as i wrote in sc i would make this beautiful minimalistic bass (around 1.25) a bit stronger! (also i hear a small crackling in my right side - maybe this is only my headphones ;)

@seizure - Pasand - very nice dubby chill - like this flow... maybe some more congo variations.. but tune is smooth!

@noizy parka - Carly Commando - nice job with the piano and additional sounds!

@nonXero - Walking Dead - amazing pad and nice samples from your neighbour! good production level!

@GDavies - Young Hegelians (You mean G.W.F Hegel?) - love this distortion bass flow and hihats roll! pad on the end is sweet! good job!

@nnny Terrible Vibrations [EDIT 5] - 0.55 ! instrument which starts here is amazing!!! love that part! track is very very good.... the only thing i would change how the beat work... hihats are fine.. just kick snare.. more life to percussion..more variations some breaks... tune is amazing !

the dj aj- sounds like you need to read the production bible thoroughly, like go over that shit multiple times, then spend a lot of time on your tunes. I t feels like you threw them together pretty quickly a day after having (insert daw+massive or reason here.) Not to get down on you but those were some really base level tunes.
aight heres my purple track, i've moved on so i did a little more work on the mixdown then called it done. feel free to download it or w/e. its pretty laiiiiddddd back. like, really laid back.

RightOnTime27: That’s a super laid back purple tune. Its sounds ghetto to me lol. Gangsta. If I was using my main speakers im sure Id love it but im on my laptop right now. I liked the chords in the middle break, expected them to be over the track.

DJAJ: Keep working on it! Learn how to mixdown your projects

Cibiia: 2 thumbs up man. Diggin that shit like mad. I would def play that track out

believe it or not this is the first tune i made when i started producing just last week
just putting it up here cause i feel like i should be finished as is... gimme some feedback!

Hey dudes my only (regular) innernet is from my phone which hates soundcloud and won't play tracks. Infact I don't even think it allows me to download tracks from there (though i'm hip to keep trying). I'm fucking really interested in listening to what people are doing here though so if anyone has amy downloadable links to fire at me i'd be happy to have a listen!

Ps Yeah I know this is a weird request

@Siberun - Thanks for the feedback dude, was actually unsure about the bleepy bits myself, ha. Feeling that Doctor P remix, can see it going down well at a club, thanks for the download on the other tune too, will defo be playing that.

@AndreiStephen - Liking the intro, got a good vibe'sound to it. Ha, wasn't expecting that drop, was feeling this tune man. If thats your first tune too, then fairplay, should defo big yourself up.

@Cibiia - Feeling the Nes type intro dude, think your snare gets overwhelmed a bit when it drops tho, maybe just tweeked the eq to help give it some room when the other elements come in at the drop, just seemed to loose lots of its punch, feeling it tho, nice track

@Agre with 'rightontime27 a bit, think your tracks have some good elements to them, they just need quite a bit of work. Just try and read up on as much stuff as you can, no matter howlong you've been producing, there's always something to learn that will help with your productions. Think if you read up on eq, mixing down, setting levels and even watch some vids on youtube, as these are quite good due to the fact you can see what people do to gain certain sounds and hear things before and after they've been eq'd etc and gain a better undestanding of it, think you'll notice a vast improvement once you've read up on things a little more.

@RightOnTime27 - Nice sample! Was feeling this tune, just wasn't feeling the drums really, think they could do with some more rythm to them, as sometimes didn't seem to go with the track and some of the offbeat drums just sounded out of place to me, did like them at around 2.17 tho, seemed to gain that ryhthm id been hoping for and work better with the rest of the track, good use of samples, like the sample part at around 3.12 before it drops again. Other than the drums was feeling it tho, just think it could sound a lot better if you work on the drum rythm a little.

@Keire - Where's the feedback dude?! Tunes quite good tho, if I hadn't had to listen to listen to the original at work multiple times everyday at work for the past few weeks, would prob like it a bit more, some nice mid range bass sounds going on tho.

@MUT3 - This tune was sweet, proper nice vibe to it, got me proper chilling, ha. Not really sure if I beleive this is your first ever tune after a week of producing to be honest, but serious respect if it is! Was proper feeling this, quality tune!

ok, posted this a couple of days ago, but made a few tweeks and think Im pretty happy with it now, let me know what you think,

thanks!

@Cibiia - Very interesting, not been into the whole geeky sounds and what not but big up. Nice flow, a little tightening and improvement on the drums would be smooth, bit of reverb every here and there to add depth and variation?

@ We bang - Really well produced, that's all I can to that. The snare is a little stiff though. Add a bit of space on it?

Little bit shocked at how many filth and remix tunes have been posted and I'm not very good and give CONSTRUCTIVE feedback on it as it's not my main field.

But here's a new one from me:

@Skaven: thats a good track you got going on... I would automate the intro to be more quiet, then drop into the main verse as is. The intro almost blew up my speakers. Everything else sounds really good. Can imagine this tune being signed.

@Dj Seisure: Fuck yeah man Im diggin that for sure. Reminds me of a Truth tune. Pass those bongos over my way!!! The flute is pretty loud but it works. Hit me up on AIM if you wanna trade tunes: Austinvigil

@Keire: you got a good thing going in the beginning that i really liked... then it went into something not so pleasant to my ears. lol just playin bruv. Im sure people will still like it. Try shortening the intro maybe and it will really grab the attention of everyone.

this is my house-step tune i just finished today.
If you dont have a sub im sorry but theres not much midrange besides the drums :strooper:

@Keire - loved this take on G6, the bass drum wasn't really punching through for me though but nice ideas for sure

@Mut3 - sky is right up my alley so i really enjoyed this track. great space and i really was diggin the melody and flow of it.

@Skaven - first drop was nice and heavy, lovin the variation. definitely lots of time spent on this one!

@Dj Seizure - the flute sound was a bit loud in the mix and a little repetitive, after the first drop i really liked the bass movement.

@ninthy4 - loved the horns in the intro, i wasnt expecting that heavy of a drop so it was nice to be caught off guard!

new piece i just finished up. feedback and comments always appreciated!!

nithly - very sick drop I love the drums in your track.

This is a brand new track I just finished today that I would love some input on from you guys. I'm only about a month into producing and I am learning so much already.

Ninthy4 - Track is KILLER man, drop is wildly heavy, gotta love that one man, great tune.

Snellvillain7- A chill track man, no doubt, something about just doesn't appeal to me that much though. Maybe it's just my preference of genre, but aside from that I didn't think it was a bad track at all.

MUT3 - Definitely something different about this track but I liked it man, chill tune, but pretty dark in a way to me? It was a mix of ambiance and strength, but in an odd way. Liked it.

New track I made today. Took me a while, but I had most of the synths made already. Tell me what you think? Only my second dubstep track, so not sure how I'm doing, didn't get much CC on the first one. Tips on anything would be appreciated.

@Cibia: mate I do love my 8bit sounds that sounds sick and I like the melody and vocals. Might need a few more layers but other than that, it's a tune.
@thedjaj: very minimilistic, it that what you were going for? Good experimenation with the bass but it needs some more elements to it mate. It's bare bone.
@semihedonist: perfectly mastered, sounds so crisp. Very ominous sounding, absolutely love the bass sounds and interesting drums. Top track
@Rightontime27: very jokeresque, grimy sounds mate, feeling the sub
@Keire: I've heard a couple of remixes of G6, this one tops the others. Excellent mid range bass
@Mut3: That is a proper good track. Crisp and well mastered. So relaxing, also reminds me of like a futiristic cityscape. nice one
@Skaven badman sound lol. That is just filthy..loving all the bass sounds and synths and favourited ;)
@dj seizure: tasty, all about those eastern/japanese samples. original tune as well
@Andreistepehn: epic intro and sick drop. proper good producer, looking forward to more stuff from you.
@dubsax outlaw: Nice use of reverb and subtle sub bass. but serioiusly the sounds you've used are quality, that squelchy grimy mid bass is creepy man.
@snellvillain: top drums. Like the arpeggiated synth. Bass needs a bit of mastering though and you could switch it up a bit. But keep it up man.

Listen to it between (((54 seconds and 1.50))) Not to keen on intro but oh well. This is my third dubstep track I've made on reason and like the way it's turned out. Enjoy!

@ Siberun: Thanks for the great feedback! I really appreciate it. I listened your remix, and though the style of it really isn't my cup of tea I try to give some advice. Firstly, it's much better than the original. More variation and breathing space is however needed in my opinion. Give more attention to the drums and structure of the whole song. I understand the sound you want needs a lot of distortion, but too much of it makes synths sound just unpleasant. Maybe you should give a listen to "Hand Grenade" by Vesicle, a local producer duo here. Their sound is close to what you're going for, and it might give you some ideas. You can find it in youtube. I've talked a lot with Naraka, other part of the duo about producing and learned huge amounts of useful things.

@ Cibiia: I'm loving the NES sounds and melody. But the drums are simply too quiet and lifeless to give any "balls" to the song. This would be a fun tune to remix. Needs more work on the drums and mixing, it's not in balance.

@ ninthy4: Intro got me expecting something both really musical and heavy (like Rusko back when he was doing real bangers like Cocney Thug, Jahova and King George), but it turned out to be mostly just heavy. I was really hyped about the horns but the repetition suggests that it's just a loop, right? You had amazingly nice vibe in the reggaeish parts, and it would have been nice to see you keep it trough the whole song instead of dividing it to two different parts. Not anything bad to say productionwise, sounds worthy for a release.

I got so much positive feedback on the "Back In Time" both here and other forums that I decided to put another one up. Big up!

antihero- makes me roll a fat ass doobie and light it the fuck up! great job on creating such an atmosphere. the whistling is also pretty dope. i really dont have anything bad to say about this. uhhhh MORE BASS or something?? haha i dunno man, great job on this.

wizkeyzero- ahh another reason user :m: all of these are really dope sounds. pretty dope beat, needs moar bass tho. im listening to this with headphones tho so i dont wanna say that. i really liek ur snare sound too. nice n tight. criticism...this is only if im being really picky, i think the drums needs some variation. or shorten the song maybe? nice production overall tho!!

AndreiStephen - sounds like a hip hop beat. the intro feels a little corny tho :p sweet sounds to tho, good combination of everything! love the halftime double time stuff. the synth at 1:41 is not very tasteful compared to all the other sounds. it sounds too distorted. keep it up tho!

i uploaded this a while ago but ive been to lazy to post it. but here!

@Cibiia: dig that 8-bit intro! the whole track sounds like a remix of a video game theme from years back. sounds real good with those vocals mixed in too, nice track!

@MUT3: ooooo baby this shit's making my sub thump. i love those synth stabs as well as the layers of other stuff you got goin on. drums are spot on, like the variety in it, really keeps it goin. and part of me wants to say bullshit on this being your first tune, shit's way too good for your first! keep it up

@skaven: you're not fuckin around are you man! that tune hits you in the face right off the bat. i really like all the grimey sounds you got going on and all the little incidentals you sneak in there. only suggestion would be make the intro more.... intro-y? maybe lower the frequency of the main instrument in there or cut out the bass, something to make the drop hit even harder. and it's nice to see other people posting meaningful feedback, others on here should learn from you. nice job man!

@dubsax: like the ambience in the intro! that wahhhh sounding synth is nice to, and same goes for those quieter sounds you sneak in the background. oooo that drop! diggin this man, grimey basses on more chill sounds, like the contrast. dark and dirty!

@wizkeyzero: sounds good dude! and, at least to me, intro's not bad, especially closer towards the drop when you cut back the drums. everything else sounds solid, very well produced.

@antihero: diggin this one! put together really nicely, makes me wanna spark one up. chill tune, spot on, don't really know what else to say! well done.

here's my newest, i think i got a little crazy with it because my previous tune was so mellow. oh well, had fun doing it and i'd really appreciate some feedback!

@ nnny
Massive tune.. Like the relaxed stuff alot too. The synths/samples goes very good with the drum pattern and subbass..
Altough a little reverb on the snare would'nt be a bad idea!

@ The Wiseman
I just love the intro on the second tune. The organ sample make it really urban. I think it just need a phat drop and some little lfo startposition tweaking. On some places in the track,
the wobbles aren't as tight as you expect..
Altough, Good work. keep it up bro!

@Iko Rush
Second tune is awesome.. Luv the atmopsheric intro. The background sounds on the chords are really nice too.
The guitar sound makes it really sound good!

Allright buddies,, Im just a week on this forum but i'm busy with dubstep since 2007.
I actually made a lot of loops, and hiphop beats but now i pushed out a full length dubstep track.. Let me know what you think ;)
Peace
