I just heard that there has been another earthquake in Japan but it doesnt sound as serious.

10m is pretty shallow but they would have hardly felt it 200 kilometres from the coast

There was a 7.6 magnitude off the Kermadec Islands last Wednesday. The activity around the pacific is worrying.
