I know you guys are super happy to be receiving records of limited quantities, but the individual dispatch/delivery reports are unnecessary.

I do have it but I don't feel I need to inform a forum that I do, it's not constructive apart from telling people that record shops actually ship records to peoples homes, it's just boasting.
