Do both all you want, in fact if you hit weights and want real strength I'd recommend it. I've been doing labor since I was 12 years old and that has built up my strength way more than hitting weights ever had.

There literally never has been any bickering. It's the most chilled out and least offensive thread on DSF. There was just one time when LACE tried to peddle malnutrition as effective dieting.

It's privately owned in that you don't have any "rights" that you might think you have. They can pick and choose what to do with you as much as they want.
