Digital Mystikz and Kode9 rinsed it!!! Hijak was dropping some heavy tunes as well!

Highlight = Chase and Status - Eastern Jam.

BROCK OUT! Out ot Hijak on the double reload on that one.

Out to all the soldiers who stayed for Hijaks bad boy set. Wicked to meet a few heads as well. Large up David M, Stanton and Boomnoise, even though I didn't see you all once in there!

Really good vibes as always. Kulture played some nice roots inflected stuff, although I wasn't feeling the funky Kode was playing, although that said he binned it off and played some much better stuff after his opening.

Mala, Coki and Loefah played a wicked set, intro orchestral business was SICK.

Bring on November.
SOON COME:
2-Step Origins Mixtape
Pure Wookie Vol. 1
Pure Zed Bias Vol. 1

Does Skream get paid to dance on stage?

I thought last night was very good, and Kode 9's set was amazing.

Ahhhh....such a good night! Good deep start to the night - Deapoh's tune selection was excellent and Pinch was every bit as good as I'd hoped for. Mala, Coki and Loefah dropped so many stompers (the warm-up/intro tune was tasty). Funky Kode9 was brilliant lol, so different! Hmmmm....running out of goodness descriptors.... Kulture's set was sick. And Hijak gave the perfect end to a very pumped up night, as tired as I was, I could've had a bit more of that!

Only bumped into Spiderman and T! (though that was only at King's Cross lol), as I still have no idea what the rest of you look like! No Dubluke as mascot this time, didn't spot Ness either :( Though I'm pretty sure I must've been going mental next to some of you at some point or other! Maybe next time!

Thought the sound system was a bit quiet at the start, especially the side stacks. But they got turned up when Pinch started. Right stack by the bar was properly pounding later on, but went back to the left as there was more room.

pinch's set was straight up badbwoy, proper deep n dark n flowin.

digital mystikz n loefah smashed it, i loved that tune they played before the first tune that they rewound, sounds a bit like raw to the caw by ruff sqwad.

wasn't feelin kode 9s funky stuff but hijak Killed it! personally liked his set the most, played straight madness, lookin forward to the next dmz!

the women collectin the entrance fee tried to jack my watch in a very bait manner, i.e. screamin n laughin lol. proper gud vibes.

kulture played some crazy tunes, anyone know the last tune he played? pure fiyah
then just as getting tired, hijak comes on and smacks it with one of the sickest sets ever, completely restored my vitals
Yes, kept me going when I was ready to collapse at the end of Kulture's!

That Indian tune? you mean Eastern Jam - Chase n Status - that got wheeled enough times, big tune.

Anyone know that 'Steppin outta Babylon' tune that Kulture played? Think they were the words anyway.

no it wasn't that. that was played by hijak, it was the last tune kulture played, had a female vocal on it, the bass on it actually shook my throat in my neck skin and caused me difficulty breathing. @Kulture - please reveal it!

a great DMZ. highlights for me were Pinch playing the new Get Up remix, Deeps dropping DJ Hype's Pussy Remix and the new bits early in the Loe n Mystikz set.

Loved Kode dropping funky before rolling into Zomby, Joker, 2000F and more. It's all about the wonk and the groove...

didn't hijak play some amazing bukem tune from logical progression 2?? was a bit worse for wear by that point so can't be sure...

anyone know the name of the first tune to get wheeled in deapoh's set?

also - pinch had played this banger and pokes started going on about 'thinking forst before you move'. anyone know about that tune?

had great fun - got well pissed. out to stefan and merkin, out to dmz for the best night in london still
