lost 20 quid tonight and a pouch of backy. the backy was cause I was fucked and 2bh i deserved to loose it. The 20 quid however i got mugged off for in perfect chickem - perfect chicken my arse -. gutted, wudn't have happened if i'd been paying more attention.

Once again ive probably gone and blown it with the only girl I have ever truely loved. Ive promised I would never do it again time after time yet here I am again, the guilty regretful heart breaker. Why can I never resist temptation and why do I never learn my lesson. How can I get her to trust me if I know I cant even trust myself.

Ive given her all that talk before mate, ive been with her for about 9 months and this is about the forth time I have been caught and I cant keep breaking her heart. I do love her, sooo much but yet I still do it and she deserves better. She tells me that she cant help but love me so I know there is still a chance but as much as I dont want it to happen I cant help wonder how long it will be until the next time, its just the way I am, im insecure and i need as many women as I can to like me to make me feel good about myself. Pathetic I know.

My boss has been bringing her little son into work some days this week and he a proper annoying little fucker. Smashing his toys about, stamping his way up and down the office and chatting endless shite about teletubbies when im trying to work (yes i actually do some work from time to time). Does my fucking swede in. Only time i can tolerate him is when he comes and leaves sweets on my desk, otherwise i just feel to grab the stapler and punch one into his bean head when he comes up to my desk and stares at me...
