Apart from a few new bits thats kind of what I thought the last time I tuned in. I was thinking "sure theyre good tunes, but....."
but if they really go into that rotate system, like let's say: first week loefah, second mickey pearce, third chunky and fourth chunky & guest it could be more diverse.
That would be a much better idea tbh. The guests they get just play the same tunes though like Paleman, as much as I like Paleman, it's just like having Loefah play out but with shitter mixing

Anybody make it to the swamp stall yet? And if so are the old releases there?

It could but I doubt it will. The show seems to be more of a showcase of the label and its affiliates rather than a traditional show (Like Hessle, Numbers etc.). I've never listened to the Norwood Soul Patrol but from what I hear about it, it seems like only place to hear Loefah and co playing a deeper selection of music

Copped mean streets pt 1 booooom, there were quite a few copies available though; didn't it sell out ages ago? Missed the Loefah bit, the queue was massive and the only queue in the market, loads of people fucked off when they realised it was gone tho

Well everyone knew it would happen to such a limited press, they should have asked them a swamp related question to prove that they have some sort of interest in the music.Still aware they could sell it off. I wonder what % of copies will be up on discogs.

There were a bunch of older releases and test pressings. I arrived at the stall late because of the huge queue, but spotted Skream 'Repercussions of a Razor Blade', and TPs of Pinch. They had Kryptic Minds 'Badman' TP as well.

I missed out on a copy of Western at the start of the day, even though I arrived at 11. But found out they were doing an auction at the end of the day, with loads of signed vinyl, TPs, t-shirts, and 5 more copies of Western. Managed to win a copy of Western :U: and also a test press of DMZ005 Neverland/Stuck!!!!!!!!! Glad I stuck around!

Really enjoyed the market overall, got a bunch of old second hand vinyl as well for well cheap.

Ah yeah safe man, auction was jokes.. I caught the end of you bagging the dmz test press.. Wandered what dmz released it was..
Market was really good, bagged the new bug double 10" and the new Paul woolford ep..
And a shit load of old dub/reggae records.
I have no problem with the way they set out to do it, made loads of money for charity.

Was unfortunate for people not living in London but plenty of people I met travelled far to reach so big up to them.

Much prefer buying records from ships stalls compared to buying off Internet so big up everyone who supported and reached, was a huge success imo.

Yea managed to get Western and Mean Streets Pt1.

Overall pretty happy although they only had about 30 of Western to sell at the stall as a fair few had been reserved by various people related to the label and the record day etc!

Was a pretty cool day overall met a few sound heads!

Nah m8, Loefah obviously cares about little as possible people having his tunes.

I think I spoke to you in the queue, I'm the tall guy who had to double check if it was the right queue. I wish I had stayed for the auction :u:
