Na, not this time, just doing it to try and keep fit and break up the routine from going running.

I've got a sprint triathlon coming up in September, a bike ride in a couple of months, and I hope to be swimming the channel at some point in the next couple of years. Need to get on the running myself, although I can't say I really enjoy it much...

Good work mate, i fancy doing another sprint at some point. You're not doing the London to Southend ride are you? I'm doing that one in July.
90% running has to be done to music otherwsie it can be a bit lame.

8GB of motherfucking ram and another 4GB when it comes into stock :D :D
lol is there even a system in existence that could make use of 12gb of ram?!
like i swear i heard that if you're running XP then theres no point in getting anything about 3gb cuz the system just cant use it?
That's why there are two generations of Windows since XP... if you're running a 32-bit OS then, yeah, you're limited to somewhere around 3.5Gb whatever OS you use, but if you've joined the 21st Century and got 64-bit on everyone's ass then you can make use of a LOT.
lol sorry kind of assumed anyone actually using a pc would be using xp rather than vista, and didnt really think about 7. I swear though even with a 64 bit system - 12 gbs?! you'd need a good processor.
Lol anyway i realise this is isnt the 'be a neek' thread, so my apologies all!
