No NWSJ it's not that. You have 1 Track and 1 Send.
if You:
Mute the Track = No send is played.
Solo The Send = No send in played.

Sometimes I like to hear just the reverb sends with no track dry audio. Looks like it's not possible yet in bitwig.

I think I get you. Honestly FL is a little clunky with this. If you solo the track, you'll solo the sends as well, but if you solo the send, it'll mute the tracks, so you don't get anything. This does suck. What you have to do is manually cut the tracks output to the master, if you just want to hear the send. Clunky.

^^^^^ That would be annoying. You can solo a send in ableton and get all the audio just coming through the send, and if you solo a track you'll get just that tracks through the sends. Obviously then you have the option to mute the sends.

Reaper does it the sensible way as well. Hopefully they'll sort this out. Real pain if you have like 10 tracks routed to a reverb send and want to solo it to adjust the verb length or something. Going and muting all the source tracks would be weaksauce.

You can't solo the sends? That is weird.

Hey I've found The WTF thread on bitwig forum. My problem is between Them.
Just take a look, I think This is a public beta, a little unfair for the people who bought it for 400$.

Just think of it as a public beta with a preorder and iterative improvements leading up to the full release.

It does seem silly that they wouldn't do a proper public beta before release though. As a dev I can understand the desire to keep things under wraps before you reveal the finished product, but with something as complicated as a DAW, you really need to get a lot of hands on it to suss out all the problems. Maybe they were worried about it getting cracked or other DAWs poaching features from them?

it makes sense that it would be a little harder to implement the use of space bar while having a vst open, since the VST window in bitwig is an entirely different process. It's kinda stupid though, i hope they fix it.
