dark souls is a must have, easily one of the best video games i've ever played. very challenging but very rewarding, you feel like a fuckin god whenever you solo any of the bosses (especially smough & ornstein, youll know what i mean if you play it). also the multiplayer is awesome and very unique. warrants many playthroughs as well.

cant go wrong with games like devil may cry 4, bayonetta, ninja gaiden 2 (dont get 3 i heard it sucked ass), fallout 3, fallout new vegas, borderlands, etc. i think the mass effect games were kinda shit but most think otherwise.

It's pretty much the same game as the first but with zombies.
If your looking for a decent sandbox/free roam game with more customization and seriously fun co-op get saints row the third.

I found Crackdown was really, really dull after not very long at all. It just feels lacking. The Saints Row games are pretty fun though.

Trials is sick, I'm spending a stupid amount of time on it. It gets fiendishly difficult but for an Arcade title it has a lot of replayabilty. Getting to grips with the bikes and owning sections on extreme tracks is proper satisfying.

OP, if you're interested, skip HD and just got for Evolution, it's much better and has a more extensive campaign.

Possibly a racing game but not sure - Forza? Dirt 2?

and then there's loads of cheap indie games that look good but I don't know anything about them either....

i still haven't bought a wired controller i want to beat mass effect 3 and max payne

I'm just going to get a cheep one, the wireless sucks i went threw to many rechargers

Never had a wireless controller, didn't it come with wired ones?
Anyway, I remember getting one of those crappy 3rd party ones for Fifa and it wasn't worth the price difference.
