nah, it worked completely well in the world championships last year- and for cavendish at the tdf the last two years (albeit with much bigger teams), just a case of our reputation going before us. I didnt see anyone whining tbh- except maybe the clueless bbc interview woman, the other teams outwitted us and fair play to them.

yeah to be fair you are right, it was more the interviewer moaning about it than the riders. They seem to know what happened.

Has everyone noticed that you can see everything live on the iPlayer? The BBC are running like 15 live channels at the moment!

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/olympics/2012/live-video

And that "restart current programme" option just fucking came into it's own. This is amazing.
wow didn't know about this. good stuff from the beeb!
see if I can spot any fitties in the volleyball <3
I've completely failed to have my afternoon nap because there's so much content on there. I might not make it to work on Monday!

Just joined a live football match, skipped back to bookmarks at each of the goals then rejoined live. THIS IS SOME MOTHERFUCKING TWENTY FIRST CENTURY TELEVISION!

But none of the technology helped me understand the cycling.

Remembering of course Brits and cannucks wrote the book on this during lance Armstrong's reign

Armstrong was just a legendary sprinter so when this.would happen he'd just take off. Think Cavendish hung around too long

Cav is completely different to armstrong. He's basically helpless until the last 500 metres, then he's unbeatable.

Anyway- handball! No idea whats going on but weve scored 3 times and theres someone called fudge :D

shooting replay proving surprisingly entertaining. especially when the giant white knob-like mascot dances in front of the Royal Artillery Band performing during the interlude between the event and medal presentation.
