The birds were none too impressed that Kay managed to disembowel half of their face off.

But still...there backs to me, oblivious...I just had to take it :D ...

LOL I was supposed to be taking a random pic of the girls, they even posed and shit. But even my super duper camera didn't manage to save their faces from my mad camera skillz!

Should've seen the look on their faces

But seriously, DMZ were playing! Skanking wuz a-calling!

woooot

i was so fucked for my set its unreal i didnt sleep the night before cos i ate too many pills. urg. worst thing was that was the only night i didnt get to sleep and the only day that i felt wrong. not to worry. glade was SICK. can't decide whether i enjoyed dmz or 16bit most, they were definately the two top sets of the weekend. i enjoyed my backstage abilities :P hold tight the red wristband crew!!! it was SO much louder this year than last year, last year i think only like iration steppas and vex'd were loud enough for me, this year it was PURE decibel apart from the mysterious drop in decibels towards the end of DMZ.

The loudness dropped during pretty much all of Coki's sets I thought. And most obviously during Benga.

All the vids I took aren't worth sharing coz of massive distorted sounds lol, even the one I took outside while just wandering about on the first night!

I've only just found out there were secret passages in the Rabbit Hole :(

Almost pretty weirdly during bits of Broken Note, I seem to remember... soundmen obviously losing concentration or something (or the acts being too fucked to check their levels  )

Broken Note were all over the place. The sound was fucked at the beginning, there was about a million people on stage throwing people about, the MC was...well, who the fuck was the MC...

And to think I thought they were going to be a beard-stroking, 2-in-the-morning-to-calm-you-down job...

I jumped over the railing when I was watching Benga, only to be ushered back moments later...

Kept getting shout-outs from the MC ^_____^ "Out to the Mad Hat Crew down there!" to me about 6 times! ^__________^

Y'know what? I'm actually trying very hard to remember what the Broken Note set was like! I seem to have absolutely no recollection of it! All I remember is Monster-X lol

Oh wait, was that the one where the random dude jumped up on stage?

I managed to miss broken note, and fucking Noisia, most of reso, loads of people. Rusko sucked so hard it was unbeleivable. 16 bit were great, did anyone see the proper rudeboy one almost getting a proper beatdown in the crowd at squarepusher?

And DMZ/Pinch I was confused about. I'd no idea what pinch even looked like. The slight-ish bald guy? Nothing seemed to be going on when he was playing, then missed fecking mystikz.

Did the lure of the Fiery Arcadia stage tempt you?

Most of my saturday night was spent waving glowsticks like a madman at that stage , drawn like a moth to the flames, a moth on acid. (But to be fair, the penultimate DJ that played on Sat night/Sun morn was pretty fucking good. Have no idea who he is yet...)

Actually yeah, I was impressed with that. Cunning isn't it to put it between all the other stages with lots of fire and dancers and such. I spent a lot of the saturday there I think. I'd planned who I was going to see so meticuloslym then saw about 3 of them.

Was the red tent at the far end overkill? I can't remember which was which, randomly saw a mate doing a set there.
