New place in Madrid doesn't require a deposit, so the deposit coming back from my old flat in London is mine and mine alone :h:

That's what they are called.
It's not derogatory in any way.
It's the commonly used term in SA.
It's used the same as Indian, Malay, Xhosa, etc.
