Re: TUNA! LIVES FOREVER
Give me a couple more days to give a detailed response to all of these tracks; I did five tracks in the last four days mixing in mostly headphones and my ears are doing that "I feel clogged because you're an idiot for listening too loudly" thing at the moment. Gonna give them a break. Liking what I'm hearing through these laptop speakers for now, however

Re: TUNA! LIVES FOREVER
Oh shit.
What are we gonna do boys?
DNB COMP?
I'm voting DNB COMP with hard deadline. Just to get it done. I could work on that for the next 17 years.
Also, if anyone wants to mail me a 50 foot cat-5 cable, it'd probably get here before I find mine. In fact, let me box dive again.
One thing I've discovered, I like having my production machine off line....... but gotta do TUNA! stuff.

Bud quick posted me. I've always been down for an ep. I feel like I might be able to get something up to minimum quality standards too, so that is great!
But since this move, I found all my old square/aphex/u-ziq, and my car has a cd player, so have been going through all that old stuff. I'd like to turn the tempo up and micro sequence again. Lez do DNB COMP!!! Would it be for this saturday, or next saturday? What do you think?

Re: TUNA! LIVES FOREVER
I'd be up for trying some DnB stuff(never really tried before). Would it have to be based on those stems or could we do our own thing?
@nsj Try a RadioShack if you can find one, even online. They're going out of business.

@defaultuzr
sounds great :3
love the bassdrum
just again please longer lol
ps: this instrumental i dig more than the last one maybe cause of the vocals haha
@cyclopian
nice start
very industrial and atmospheric again i would say make some visual installment to your sound
dig it more when the beat comes in but i appreciate the long build up
reminds me of some pan sonic dunno why maybe this stoical beat
yeah really nice piece
maybe you could find one more counterpart to the snare/clap thingy
like dididim dum or sth haha or maybe play with its pitch like 3 bars high one low and maybe dif reverb for the 4th section
@dannyfloyd
def like it
remixed it lol
but yeah mix sounds good for what it is
make more of those tunes
love this short dubdelay vocal snipped imo this makes the tune cause it opens it up so nicely
@knobgoblin
o.O
very nice beat
yeah you ,cyclopian,ronzlo and yilan should make a sound gang
really artsy and nicely hidden melodies
mix sounds nice
def something i would have listened to some time ago
very well thought of sounddesign
again i think the tune could benefit of a longer beatless part it takes all the attention and i cant concentrate on everything else going on after a while
like the new drumelements later
yeah only thing is the beat
maybe add some unxpected short break sections where the drone sounds lead into the next bar or silence tails of reverbs
but overall really nice piece
@nwsj
lol yeah man i actually do like it more i think than some of your new stuff
very artsy haha so jumpy
i guess only thing i would say is take some inspiration out of your old stuff (those fast breaks for example)
@genrl
:3 haha you def are on the wonky shuffly vibe atm
do like it though
beat is nice
maybe you could mix in some grime elements lol or sth unexpected later ?

Re: TUNA! LIVES FOREVER
^Thanks for the feedback, and funny you mention the 'sound gang'. Knobgoblin and I realized we live really close to each other, hopefully gonna get a session going soon.
