Well not exactly everyone is equally racist more like there is a level of racism in most cultures/countries.

but the level of racism in different countries is huge f.e a business man that has travelled all over africa told me to generally avoid old english colonies because the hate for white people is huge as the brits treated them with extremely cruelty, in french colonies is not the same and can be safe for a white dude to live there

Point is, not everyone in the country is gonna be that resentful tbh. Assuming that the acts of individuals reflect the capacity of a society can be racist. It's not like everyone in England beats up Muslims, but EDL members do...

my friend told me that every time he went through the streets of Kampala he was protected by the army and in the whole week he just saw one white dude and it was a two meters scandinavian guy full of scars that looked like a mercenary from a james bond film, so yes, they give a fuck about it.
