yeah man its more of a weekly thing as nowaysj said BUT i guess if you follow the thread and just enter when competitions come up that would be ok too
though would be cooler to get more people in on a weekly basis tbh

basically you just have to upload what you worked on the week before
if its nothing fine
but if its atleast sth and you can show it like without being bounded by a second or third party involved
than its a fun way to get some feedback which can help alot sometimes (sometimes not so much )

plus i uploaded two versions of the same tune cause i worked on it on two weeks everything counts really
