Just pretend you don't give a shit, and that they don't like you before you even get through the door, it's just an excuse to belittle you, that method will settle the nerves. In all my job interviews where I have been casual as fuck, I have got the job, shit in one interview when asked what my motivations were, I replied "It's never money". I got that job over some hardcore competition who shed tears onto their degree certificates, I don't even think I had a tie on for that interview.
