@Tenebriated - Feeling that techno one, got that kinda headhigh/wk7 vibe. Not really a fan of the crash, but thats just my opinion. Cant complain apart from that

@variete - Again sick tune, feel like the first "drop" could be longer maybe?

Heres my latest effort

Cheers man, that can only be a good thing! I think that's literally the first crash I've ever put in a tune, perhaps a bit of an afterthought admittedly...you think it might sound better pitched down a bit? or just replaced?

I love the bassline on this man, how did you make it? It's very Swamp81 Rinse show (if that makes any sense haha).

@OllieScott: Track is sounding really nice, love the deep baseline and I like the piano that comes in around 2.33, gives it some color. Maybe some slight variation on the pianoline would be nice. But that's just a small thought, the track sounds ace!

This is something I did yesterday. Don't really know what to say about it, just looking for some thoughts. It was kind of done on the spot so don't rip me apart for it, haha!

@olliescot: i feel the kick isnt coming through enough, really nice track but for me needs just a little push. (not that im in any position to really comment)

@Koalablu: i like it, the mids are a little harsh, maybe bring in some sort of melody? (i realise it was done a while ago so prob changed it by now anyway..)
listening again, maybe play with the velocity of the snare? add some subtle variations to the sound?

@jimmajamjamie: more atmospheres? thicken the texture somehow? maybe some white noise, or sidechain some field samples?

I have done before in this thread too I think, although I can't be sure. I didn't have the time to get to listen to tracks with enough attention to give constructive feedback when I posted the tune, so I opted to say nothing instead of "big up man" or whatever shit people usually say. I'm sorry if I've offended anybody with that.

Can't really offer any feedback other than keep doing what you're doing mate.

Here's something I was working on earlier:

Like the idea! I think it sounds too cluttered at the moment, try taking out some of the drums / bass, give the vocal some space to breathe

This makes sense. The vocal takes up a lot of space because of the amount of overdubs and the stereo-width, I previously had it way quieter to fit everything in, but then it just sounded, well... too quiet! Will post another mixdown shortly.

These feedback threads turn to shit because people want feedback but can't be arsed to give feedback. If you want people to take the time to listen to your track, then you have to take the time to listen to theirs, right? It really is that simple :)

that's a good tune you've got there btw.
