Are you illiterate?
"ERRR DURRRHGGGHHHH I FINK NERO IZ SICKNIN HE AZ BREVED NEWZ LIFZ IN2 TH*S CHOON...STOP PLYAA H8IN"
lol
this is what i was getting at, the notion that nero have breathed new life into this tune is mindbloggling, just cos nero have up'd the bpm so you can fit it seemlessly into your shitty dubstep sets doesnt equal any type of new life

this thread delivers...
the remix isn't even that bad...it's just not that good though...
it seems a bit for the sake of it...like those four to the floor bangin' 'dance' versions of r&b tunes on those floorfillers comps lol

I'm not even gonna get into what I think of the tune 'cuz it's irrelevant.
Just wana say to all those people that say "stop hatin, if you don't like it go elsewhere etc.." just shut up. This is a forum of music, criticisms or otherwise. It's not like Nero is some new inexperienced producer or something, where you'd be being a bit of a prick if you were totally tearing down his remix like this. He's an accomplished artist and in a lot of people's opinions he fell short of the mark on this 1 and they're expressing it. If you wana disagree do it, but don't go chatting that shit about "if u ain't got nothing good to say don't say it". If we worked under that logic everyone would think they're the saviour of music 'cuz no1 tells em the truth!

great fred, much lulz to be had. I thought it was just the breaks scene that was bitchy haha.
Nero are on fiyah, really like their sound and nice to see Sincere brought up to date.
Sincere was always a street tune, a raving anthem not the jazz/soul classic that people are making out so I dont think there's any issues with the remix being upfront.
Their remix of Stereotype's 'Shock' is pretty fuckin ILL as well so big ups.

the only criticism thus far has been "you shouldnt have done it." hardly constructive. no one has a reason why they dont like it except that it's "predictable" (go listen to idm, danceability is based on predictability), and most notably the mouthwatering, cockstroking obsession with the original.
i said it before---it's okay to remix the shit out of michael jackson, a man who had 100 more classics (and talent) than mj cole and his whopping 2 album career. but all be damned if some 2step track gets remixed.
once again: 2stepforum.com someone should make it and all the people who are here hating on dubstep because of their 2step obsession should go there.

get over it. some people love it, and others don't. this constant wave of people getting so salty about some straight criticism is fucking ridiculous, and the more people start pointing fingers at other people in this thread saying they don't like it, the more ridiculous it is for the nero defense forces (this thread is clearly linked from other forums (google it), so that there's been a wave of people swooping in with brand new screen names) coming in to defend this remix.
i said this earlier, but don't be such babies about this and man up. its a FUCKING remix that's been posted to a FUCKING music forum, which means that its meant to provoke discussion. period. end of story. if you can't take the heat, don't come into the kitchen.
every new screen name thats posted in the last 5 pages has turned this thread into trolling. nero are doing their thing, and fair play, but there's a limit to how far this will go.

wow, this thread really brought out the idiots
criticism is fair enough yes, but a lot of this is just name calling and baseless cussing. if you can't articulate why you don't like the tune it's probably best to keep quiet.

lol @ this thread.
Personally I don't think the remix is even that bad, sure its nothing original and uses pretty standard Nero sounds (not suprising seeing as it was made by Nero...) but it would definately go off in a rave, and lets face it, most producers have a sound that you know instantly just from hearing the track, its just that Nero has used it on tunes like Blinded By The Lights and other tracks that have got huge. This (for some unknown reason) makes people think that they have gone 'commercial'.
Would I buy it, probably not. Would I skank to it, hell yes!
Out Now:
DD005 - Retrospect
MRS029 - Connected/Lovin' You
DAR010 - Santogold - Shove It (remix) 12"
SET003 - Bob Marley - Is This Love (remix) 12"
Echodub Loves Volume 2 - White Room
FTW Records Digital - Panic Room
FTW Free Compilation - Get Up (a.k.a Symphony)

I've gotta say though, every time one of the bigger DJs in the scene come out in favor of some remix that ends up being total shit it really damages their credibility with me. People I used to listen to their shows to hear new tunes don't even interest me anymore.
This!

I heard Benga saying in a video once that alot of UK heads are just chinstrokers instead of enjoying music. Producers should produce what they like... not what the public wants.
If you don't like it.. Simply don't listen.

nah danceability is not based on predictability, its based on good use of rhythm and melody. When people describe it as predictable, they most likely mean that it is using tired formulas to turn what was a standout and danceable tune into a jump up tune that doesnt stand out from the myriad of other jump up tunes being put out weekly. So the criticism of it being predictable is a fair one, IMO.

I rectract my previous statement which was that i prefer the remix!
I have listened to the original and well got into and thing it's sick now. The only thing i like about the remix now is the build up but once it drops it's pretty standard, nero wobbles and there style on every song is starting to annoy me.
Original >>> Remix

You're the dubstep equivalent of a bunch of daily mail readers!
Thing is people were dancing to dubstep well before you had even heard of it and decided to jump on the bandwagon in order to get more bookings. I wish you well with your career in lowest common denominator/gimmick music
