Yeah damn straight man, it's made a world of difference for me. Sometimes when you're knackered after work it's hard to get the motivation to get out and go for a run but then I always just try and remember I'll sleep like a baby afterwards and feel fucking awesome the next day.

been trying to get rid/work on derealisation/depresonalisation. found a few things that actually help a lot. i bought another punchbag for the garden and have been learning tiger and panther form. very theraputic.

also basically going out with that girl now. :h:

yes and no. if ur willing, do some research into it and see what its all about. its not as simple as 'oh im sad, oh im happy', its like feeling every emotion as intensely as possible all at once, and then suddenly looking at your own mother and feeling absolutely no emotion, no care and no respect

also one of the points of derealisation is that because its so fucking confusing and mysterious, people that have it feel the need to try and explain it and it never makes sense. sorry

Found out I have £38 in points on a game website, Used £32 worth to buy a game thats brand new and can trade it in for £28 in cash in town.

lobster is abit more oily i think, cray has more flavour.
