pluses:
+i.love. the original song... got so excited when i saw the name pop up
+fat beat, hard not to make their words sound good haha
+kept the original vibe of the song
+money to blow-uh-oh-oh... sorry i had to say it
+snare is meaty meaty

advice:
-the half time, snare on the third beat is about the only dubstep i hear in this song
-sounds like the original tune with a new beat under it, which isnt bad but could use some surprises and variation
-wheres the bass? was waiting for a drop that never happened
-vocals are a little low-fi.. did you extract them yourself? maybe find a higher quality acapella if you didnt, sounds a little 32kbps

overall:
=good idea, good effort! had me groovin but sounds like a different version of a rap song, not dubstep.. would love to hear some classic dubstep bass sounds mixed in, some drops, some breaks, some vocal tweaking, maybe a surprise sample about money here and there...

This track should be ft. Rolf Harris, pretty sure i can hear a wobble board at 46 seconds!

Seriously though, this is a step above the other tracks you've got. A nice mixture of synths and basses so it doesn't get boring, a common problem in simple wobble tracks. I like the general stop-startness of the track but there are points when you just need it to flow a little more. If this was played out you don't want the crowd to be stood waiting!

The automated bass at 1:50 is better, i noticed you used something like it sparingly in your last track too. Mess around with it more, include it as a more prominent part! A funky automation is what you need to really make a unique wobble.

Overall a definite improvement, keep it up! Just mess around more with automation inside your tracks (not just for the bassline LFO, search the forum for other automation tips) , and give it that flow that's oh so common (Saying that though, is it a good thing to follow the 'oh so common?)

Easy mate,
Cool idea for a remix, left me feeling a bit like maybe you could have used a better quality vocal sample or maybe letting some more of the high end of the vocals through, feels like they could cut through alot more!

The drums sounds are nice, could maybe do with a bit more punch when the main synths are playing..
The main synth sounds nice, a kind of aggresive but soft feel that im digging, and i always enjoy alot of glide going on!

Automation and variations nice too, but feel it could be a tad long at 7 mintues?
Having said that the little breaks sound wicked,could maybe with do a bit less of the vocals going throughout the entire track!

All in all, this is a big track, and with a few some alterations and maybe some work on the sub, could see this being a real big track!

Don't even know what to say accept amazing track!

Structure is amazing, i'm loving the sounds, the warm sub and the entire way the song builds up. This is the kind of dubstep you want when its 5am and your out of your skull.. going to listen to your others now, amazing!

EDIT:

Just hit the drop oh my days that bass line is amazing. Can't rate this tune enough.. any 320s haha?

+nice heavy bass with super sweet twitchy oscillations, very nice
+ambience hits the spot, gives bells a new place in dubstep
+had me bobbing my head like i'd broken my neck
+nice builds and breaks
+crisp, well done, production wise
+white noise snare done like a pro

advice:
-first of all man, the harder you concentrate on getting signed, the less likely it will happen. put your focus into your music and getting your name to the right places, do it for the right reasons and have fun, and the rest will happen naturally if it's meant to be.
-gotta switch it up for the second drop, either timbre or automation (you have the right idea at 3:33).. no one likes copy and paste unless it's a timeless line
-cut the main riffs down time-wise if you dont want to switch it up to lessen the repetition


overall:
=you've got the right stuff man, but you've got to come up with something super original and put on a banging show if you're looking to get signed to a name-worthy label.. super clean production certainly helps, keep working on your tracks even when you think they're done, just listen to them over and over and imagine what you would want to hear in the song if you were a clubber to keep yourself interested. that way, you will have something that you and everyone else will love

my remix of swagga

LDFD - "Datsik/Excision Swagga Remix"

plus:
+clip clop feel adds a nice bop to the track, giving it, dare i say.. swagga
+bass drops are nice and fat, really come out with the big subs
+smooth flow, would love to bump something like this on a long road trip with a nice system
+ending took me by surprise for sure

advice:
-hmm, are you sure this is a remix of the Datsik/Excision track and not the Jay-Z track "All I Need"? definitely sounds far more like the latter to me
-plasma blast lead needs to be altered/switched up somewhere in the track.. gets irritating fairly quickly, especially through quality tweeters..
-vocal work is clever and varied, but can also get to be a little much by the end of the track.. maybe put in some of the verse from 'all i need' in there?
-stronger bassline needed, theres almost no notes, just drops... a fat under melody would destroy some heads
-drags quite a bit, needs a surprise or two in there

overall:
=hmm. well it's a great idea to remix a classic song like 'all i need', but giving it a title with datsik and excision in it makes people expect a lot more, if anything they're waiting for something more brutal than their work, which is pretty timeless..
hit the studio and work on a fat, unique bassline and mix some of jay's smooth rhymes in there and you'll have some club butter that will make everybody glide

I kinda like calling it a remix of Swagga cause its still using the same vocal sample Excision and Datsik did but I just used another sample from All I Need if you get what I'm saying.

I'll work on making the bassline a bit more melodic.

+oscillating ambience?? did you do that just for me or something?? haha well done
+vocal sample is gold, super sweet and surprising, fits oh so nicely
+dreamz dreamz dreamz when the twitchy little bass comes in
+drop is nice and sticky, would get me bobbing for sure
+oo the bass starts to growl when it drops on that run down, then the dong sweeps it back up... massive!

advice:
-beat is a little staggered and glitchy, gives it a weird flow.. interesting, but not my taste... but im not hugely impressed with Burial, so i must be insane, right?
-variation seems to come a little late in the track, i was waiting for something like the bass rundown (3:42) to happen a little earlier, then something a little more complex towards the end

overall:
=has a nice Burial vibe to it, but a little more sweet and listenable, to me anyway. this is dream hop at its finest, in my opinion, and would probably tear me up (like tearing up in my eyes, not like tearing shredding), if i were zonked in a good crowd grooving to this song. biggup, its just about finished!
