I'm actually really feeling this, good work for your first try. yeoku's right though, the drums are a little jarring and take away from the vibe. When I write drum loops I generally make sure that the snare falls only on the 3rd beat for at least 3 loops in a row before I change it up. if you listen to the track i posted on the last page you'll see what I mean-- the "change-up" with the snare falls on either the 4th or 8th loop. Hope that makes sense.
Also, there are a couple ways to make your drop have more impact-- first you should put an automation envelope on the main volume (if you're using FL studio, just right click the volume slider in the main mixer and click "create automation"). You want to automate the loops before the drop as going down slightly in volume, and then automate a jump up of about 6-8% for the drop. Not that the average listener will notice, but it'll give it a lot more force. Also, considering adding a cymbal sample or some other fx on the first loop of the drop, which will also give it more force. Again, I use both of these tricks on "This Isn't a Game."
Anyway I hope that's helpful. Keep making tunes, I think you're definitely on to something.
