Had some bananas that had gone past the point of eating in terms of mush-ness. So made a cake with them. Never tried doing one before, had none of the kit so spent yesterday around the neighbourhood buying loaf tin/sieve/scales etc, then made a cake.

With bananas. And some crushed walnuts.

the ones here really tiny though, it's nearly back breaking when your on the hunt but of course..worth it. luckily, i need only drive about 20 min. then i'm in countryside and no one's around.
