Disagree. The worst part, genuinely, is going to be the psychological impact on her: however, the context gets jacked by fearmongers so instead of treating this as a tragic accident involving hazardous machinery - like a vehicle or power tool - instead it becomes about Evil Guns stealing lives and innocence.

yea i think lyeform said that to me on FB that the worst part is going to be how it will horrifically fuck up the child (edit; lol fuck dyslexia that setnence was so retarded)

its not just hazardous machinery though really, guns are designed to kill things, hazardous machinery is like letting a 9 year old use an angle grinder. vehicles and power tools arent designed to kill people

giving a _CHILD_ something thats specifically designed to take the life of another living creature is just fucked up regardless of how you look at it

I would beg to differ.

In the most general sense a gun is a power tool designed to put a hole in something from a distance; what that something is is somewhat secondary as many people shooting guns will never shoot a living thing in their entire life (sport target shooting, skeet, etc.).

The usefulness of such a tool - the actual utility it confers, not how fun it is or whatever - depends on who and where you are.

I grew up learning to shoot guns in the rural environment that my grandparents lived in, and guns are/were necessary for farmers and country folk to feed their families, be able to keep predators from their stock, and occasionally defend themselves from attempted deprivations of liberty (such as the Battle of Blair Mountain.)

It's easy to castigate guns as being some pseudo-magical demonic cause of all ills, but the reality is that many of the positive achievements (as well as horrific shame) in American history were facilitated by guns. Like throwing off the yoke of the monarchy, for example.

Guns are props in a discourse that until fairly recently had little issue with their existence. However, as things get more complicated and factors converge (SSRI meds and media propagation of unhealthy/unsound gun perceptions are only two among many) - and here we are.

I support the Bill of Rights in an unamended form. It's one of the few things the founding fathers got right and if we had to wipe the slate clean and start over I would accept it as a consensus starting point for all sides.

nah i dont think thats it at all man, people in china invented them because they wanted to kill each other more efficiently haha

throws off yolk of monarchy... ends up with weird rothschild zionist dictatorship *rubbing chin gif* ... i see that worked out well for america :p

idk if i could attribute any great achievements in america to guns tbh? could you provide any examples? maybe i dont know a lot about american history

yeah man that media thing you posted is bang on the money. but the thing is, a lot of other countries have the same sort of media but not the same sort of attitude. maybe its due to american entitlement. also a lot of people in USA have this almost fetishistic attitude towards firearms. its weird...

take it back to the iceland thing for example, those guys have a lot of guns, but there is no gun culture over there, like no gun crime, murders etc

Other countries with similar gun ownership rates don't have the same level of problems, possibly due to stricter controls, less crime and less inequality. I think Germany has about the same ownership rate but fuck all gun crime, will look later.

Edit: that girl killing her instructor with the uzi is up on youtube, albeit trimmed to just avoid showing the bullet entering his head

BREAKING: CDC whistleblower confesses to MMR vaccine research fraud in historic public statement
http://www.naturalnews.com/046630_CDC_w ... mpson.html#
My name is William Thompson. I am a Senior Scientist with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where I have worked since 1998. I regret that my coauthors and I omitted statistically significant information in our 2004 article published in the journal Pediatrics. The omitted data suggested that African American males who received the MMR vaccine before age 36 months were at increased risk for autism. Decisions were made regarding which findings to report after the data were collected, and I believe that the final study protocol was not followed.
Firstly, this admission proves beyond any question that the reporting of this fraud by the alternative media has been factual and true. It also underscores the astonishing fact that the alternative media alone broke this story, pre-empting the New York Times, Washington Post and every Pulitzer-prize-winning journalist in the world. The tables have now turned. It is solely the alternative media which is now breaking most of the really important investigative stories of our time. Does this mean alternative media journalists will now be nominated for Pulitzer prizes? Don't hold your breath on that one...
A confluence of a few issues raised in this thread.

From the comments of that link:
CNN isn't covering it because it's a non story. "Dr." Hooker just sliced up some data to suit his needs, and when his "study" didn't get much attention when it was published he jumped to this. I can take the same set of data and use the same methods as Hooker to make it look like autism is caused by chicken nuggets or early TV exposure. Most of the autistic children in the study were given the MMR earlier because they needed it to get their Early Intervention preschool services, meaning they had delays BEFORE receiving the vaccine, not the other way around. Back then ASD wasn't even regularly diagnosed until 30-36 months of age on average, which obviously accounts for the jump in the statistics. It's very basic science, people.

Imo gun ownership rate doesn't matter if the population count isnt even close to being the same. It is definitely more to so with rules and regulations.

This thread also really got gayed up for a while there, thnx bros.

I've taught many kids from 7 to 18 how to use hand & power tools.
Even at 12 a great majority of kids weren't ready to use power tools properly nor safely.
Expecting a 9 year old girl to use a submachine gun safely is an unrealistic expectation i.e. irresponsible,
even aside from the ethical aspect.

Correct me if I'm wrong but that gun went into full auto. I can't think of anything dumber to do.

S'at is like dropping a girl into a formula 1 race car and telling her that is the gas, GO FOR IT!

By everyone you mean the 8 people that are on dsf? And if you read the article, the cdc conspired to exclude results that showed a clear connection. Before the publication of the paper, this senior CDC scientist retained a lawyer because he was concerned about eventual prosecution  and now that his emails have come out detailing how they were going to exclude the information that showed the link, he again is lawyered up. He knows the truth, he is telling you the truth, I don't know why you would want to disbelieve.

The CDC and the HRSA has published a joint paper that 1/6 American children have a developmental disability. :o There is something very profound (many things, really) destroying the minds of our children. This is very serious shit.
