Totally murking what was becoming an increasingly horrible comedown by going to a motherfucking hot springs in Bath pon the journey home. Spent two hours floating in a hot pool looking out over the rooftops and as a result my body seems to have totally forgotten I only slept an hour over a 48 hour period and smashed it up. Followed it up by going out for a HENCH steak dinner with my mate Lily once I got into London.

Feeling like superman again. PRO

And of course still fucking buzzed over how sick saturday was

I remember reading somewhere (I think it was from Questlove) that one time Pete Rock got really frustrated trying to flip this beat and then he left and Dilla flipped it and made this amazing beat. Questlove (or whoever it was) caught him making it and Dilla got real embarrassed and told him to promise to not tell Pete b/c he said it would make him feel bad.
