agreed. as wicked as the more grime-centric synth driven side of the sound is, i feel that it's prominence in the media has sort of eclipsed the whole rolling, percussive side of things that started with beneath, links up with livity sound, hodge and
alex coulton , and which visionist and wen also link in to

late comment but +1 on Livity Sound being sick
they played the most interesting set ive heard in a longgg time. there was only about 40 ppl in the room watching them. rly sick vibes but they deserved a much bigger crowd tbh
would love to go down to bristol and check out some more bristolian nights, they sound sick

Whats happening with Soundman Chronicles Epoch?
Last release was tight, but it was a year ago. Also surely that Joe Nice play >>> bookings >>> $$$ >>> afford to release vinyl

Well the whole newsletter was about Filter Dread- Space Loops and had "Out on vinyl soon" at the bottom plus they actually thought they sold out (before the warehouse find) so don't think they would really send a newsletter about something they don't have in stock.
Sorry to bring this up but I went to a grime night and quite a lot of people played Wen/ Logos tunes.
