Nope, just double checked and it's only pictures you can turn off, not other elements.


It's a good idea though, my machine slows down a bit when there is nothing but embedded YouTube videos. Will have a word with development about getting it added.

yeah how do you get rid of this? i've talked about this before. i did this setting on firefox and now i have to click play to get youtube videos and basically any flash thing to load. i don't remember which setting it is. it's either in system preferences on mac or firefox prefs.

Firefox (button in top left corner) --> addons --> Shockwave Flash --> Set the option in the pull down menu to always active

If anything dungeon is influenced by the big boom in neuro/minimal side of D&B that happened before Yunx's show blew up with tunes like Propaganda.

The resampled synth noises, dark textures & vibe, engineers approach to clinical mixdowns & sounds that Phace & Misanthrop/Calyx & Teebee/Noisia/Alix Perez/Spor etc all used are characteristic of 'dungeon'. Just at a different BPM it sounded fresher for a while. The D&B heads were complaining of a neuro-takeover, same as everyone being up in arms against identikit dungeon now. The sound was fresh then bare people imitated it and it got stale.
