Nice deep tune, a real set finisher. When the mid range bass hits it sits perfectly with the rest of the track. Arpd bleeps and bloops in intro are really cool, espec when the harder sound follows them. Would like to see those hats be let free for a bit longer. Snare/clap layered sound could be interchanged with a harder hitting one to add emphasis to the starts of some of the bars.

Main bass sound would probably rape my ears if I had it on full volume, defo need to cut some of the crackly high end - unless thats hi hat bleed? Preffered when it faded in and out.

Sample could definetly be fucked around with a bit and chucked in in place of huh-huh-huh every now and again as variation.

Drums serve their purpose but nothing special, need to cut a space in the bass for the snare to hit as it gets lost.

When sub is left by itself feels very weak, and some frequencies boom a fair bit.

ending is very abrupt.

Rhythm of the bass is good and got a good rusko-esque flow to, bit of tweaking and could be good :)

Nice d&b jamaican infused intro. Loving that twisted trumpety sound (how did you make that? f'in awesome, woh-wa-wa-woh-wa-wa-wa-woahwawoahwa  ). This is much improved over the WIP but the vocals still get a bit much. On the drop could do with some clash cymbals with the rhythm to add some top end as its a good sound but feels a touch thin. Cowbell cuts through well, I like that - maybe beat out a more distinctive rhythm every now and again with it for variation. Maybe try cutting up the main bass sound for a stutter every now and again.

Defo a good start though :)

Really loopy low fi sound, defo a dreamy sound, especially like the glitched vocal that cuts in. Hi-end drums cut a little too mcuh into the mix, could do with softening via reverb and veloctiy adjustment a touch.

Main synth over the top could do with fading in every now and again as gets a bit too constant (the plucked one).

Mid bass sound is fantastic, and works amazingly with the drums, espcially when drops down into subby frequencies.

Riser is pure sex.

Entire song has got a lovely breathing motion to it :) Look forward to hearing more stuff from you.

Final version of a song I had in the WIP, gotten a bit overlistened by me so am gonna throw it out there and hope people like it. Kinda deep sounding one, +5 internets for knowing where the vocal sample is from.

May have to turn it up a bit, my mastering needs some work loudness wise.

Feedback for feedback :)

@Moxix - That Daft Punk remix is SICK! Haven't had chance to listen to any of your other tracks yet, but that one was top. Couldn't hear anything wrong with it man, sounds crisp, loving the high lead, works wicked with the bass and the drums are tight, Big Ups man!!!

@ENZA - Really liking the chilled vibes man, all sounds well produced, only thing I would say is that when the bass wobble comes in it takes a little bit of impact away from the snare, maybe add a bit of eq on the bass and should sound sweet! Other than that it sounds tight man, nice track

@A-List - Track sounds cool, just think it needs some eq and some adjustments to help some of the sounds have their own space, liking the bass noise just think its interferring with the hi hats and blending the sounds together, which feels like its taking away the rhythm of the drums, which the hi hats would be creating if they weren't being filtered out by the high end of the bass. Just play around with the eq on the high end of the bass and the hi hats to get them working together, rather than them blending together and losing definition, think if you sort this out it will make the track sound alot better as a whole. Liking the track tho and you have some real nice sounds in their, just think it needs a few tweaks.

@EraREdux - Really liking the feel of this track man, got a proper nice vibe to it. Mid range bass sounds wicked. Think the kick drum could have some more punch to it as it doesn't really come through in the mix and just sounds like part of the percussion (unless thats what you were going for?) Overall it sounds real good, proper enjoyed listen to it

SesG - Sounds nice man, feeling the deep bass, think the kick drum needs some eq to help it sit better with the bass tho as it just kind of sits on top of it rather than working with it. Also some of the parts where the tune drops out sound a bit abrupt and could sound a bit smoother, like when the vocal ends just before the first drop, maybe a small delay on the end of the vocal to help it sound smoother. Like how it comes back in tho, when the bass fades back in, sounds real nice

@ dabReyes - Only listened to the first track in the player, nice work for only 6 months of producing. Got some real good sounds and all seems to fit quite well together. The rhythm of the percussion could do with some variation tho, as its good a good vibe but it gets a bit repetitive, can hear some changes in the kick drum, but didn't really have much effect as the percussion stayed the same. Good work tho man.

Here's my latest tune, think its finished, but thought I'd get some opinions on it and see if people were feeling it or not

@ enza-really like the track mate, the growly dubstep bass near the breakdown could come in better imo,but overall great tune, flows really well, good track

@ses-think u need variety in this track badly, the original darkish sound of the tune is nice, just needs more imo aswell.nice ideas tho sounds good

minimalistic deep dnb track here from me,i know its a dubstep forum but if any of you can be bothered have a listen and leave me some feedback please do

I really like this, the intro and atmospohere of the tune are particularly good. I think the mid-range bass business cheapens the tune a little. Maybe you could try something a little less wobbley

Yeah man, I can see why your excited by this one. Atmosphere is lovely and the bass isn't your typical fare, has an almost massive attack quality. All I would say is that it could perhaps do with a bit of a high end melody.

I like this, nice and chilled the atmospherics are very good and the pads are well crafted. I agree with whyrez on the kick, It could definitely do with being a bit beefier (maybe layer it with an 808.)

Here's mine: Soundcloud
This one has taken me a while to finish. Criticism is really welcome on this one as I want to make it perfect. Also could someone who has a sub tell me what the bass is doing as I'm currently lacking a sub. Cheers

Well im sorry to be a bumhole but all the bass is sampled from a datsik tune :/ shouldnt be doing that imo

it sounds very choppy aswell!

try develpoing your own sounds and they it wont be all choppy beacuse there is a kick on the begining of each sample!

but the intro is nice mate :)

nice atmospherics!

and track overall isnt bad!
