Starting a tune battle with an already finished tune is no tune battle, both people start on equal footing, agree to a time period to deliver a new tune, and then vote or forfeit if not delivered.
All this thread has been is one sided high school drama where it appears only one side is working on a tune while the other is just whinging and chatting (poor quality) shit.
It's a shame on the time honored tradition laid forth by previous tune battles.
