What do you mean by wasteman though? Like you could easily say the same thing about chief keef, listening to that 'edgy' music, living the lifestyle, rapping about it.
There's plenty of music out there that could have played an influence to this stuff tbh. He could think that he's being real as shit. If not, just making music that girls will think is cool and give brain at shows for tbh.

With yung lean, I concede that he might because he's worked with Baba Stiltz who isn't a tnuc. But at the same time, if you look around at the sad boys' crew, they're all abit scarily like that imo.
I've met guys like that, and girls who're all for it to boot. This kid probably fucks girls 2 - 3 years younger all the time, hence the hyper-sexuality displayed in the lyrics. You may not take too well to me saying this lol, but among members of a certain sub-culture of white-american suburbia, he's a lad.
And the reason I bring chief keef into it is that it's still very stupid and juvenile behavior. They all live life like it doesn't matter imo. Very empty existences.
