Sounds mad on paper, I'm working on the synths and production right now, and I have to say it's brilliant.
Basically, my friend who's a ridiculous guitarist consulted me to do production with his band. He put together midi for the three tracks of the demo he's making and basically told me "go batshit". Within the month, I should have all of this down, then we'll go on to recording the live instruments, then we're mixing and mastering together. Only problem right now is that our bassist is in another band that's about to get signed so he probably won't be around much longer.

Losing a bassisy is rarely a problem tbh, just ask someone who play guitar to do it, bass is the most piss easy instrument to learn (though its tough to master admittedly)

Hey, I said it was tough to master, anyone can knock out a simple 4-chord rock song on bass after an hours practice but if you wanna play like victor wooten its obviously gunna take years of hard work.

guitarists make the shittiest bass players.

HOWEVER, bass players make good guitarists.

The guitarist/vocalist for my band was a bassist first and foremost so you have point there

^^ jealous of the TNGHT show.. didn't find out until way too late, but I probably would've had to cry off anyway.

Not having to work much tomorrow is now starting to make me happy.
