thanks DZA wit a little bit of vision. imo, In both cases a person takes tools of thier trade, paint or records, then blends them together (for better for worse.) Sometimes its a hit, people like the music or the art and sometimes are pissed, wanting to punch you in the face. Maybe you make someones day by reminding them to stop, and look or listen @ something a little different.

then you arent a writer, in my mind people that dont appreciate all aspects of graff just i dont know, i dont wanna act out all elitist but you would have never got to that beautiful piece without the shitty tag you began with.

and i like the look of em, why do you think they are called handstyles? many people can produce some fuckin sweet as reaches which i rate way more then a mediocre piece in a bait spot. and throw ups, probably more then alot of the pieces ive recently scene. i also think the repetitive aspect of bowling around and pouring your name all over the city shows far more dedication then spending half an hour on something which looks pleasant, but will probably dissapear in a week (especially in london, whether its a legal or not.) i dont like to rant on about it and i really could cause i fuckin love bombing, but its essentially the same as drawing aload of gas masks and bubbles on photoshop and thinking your 'urban'.

graffiti isnt cool, its beautiful, and its not just the aesthetic look of a fresh hit in the morning that makes my dick tingle. its all of it, the fact that you can obsess over one fucking word since who knows when and never get tired of it, the fact that you can go out till the morning and freeze your nuts off, or put yourself at risk of death just to get this one hangover, that most people will never notice, or even if they do its unlikely they are gonna apreciate it.

alot of people these days just pick and choose what they think real graffiti is, and ignore its most important aspects. i think thats whats really pathetic

Was in New Delhi last week and there was a Blue MSK. I was like :0

In all the shitness surrounding there was this clean dub. Madness.

In Hong Kong now and they have INCREDIBLE handstyles.
