really really busy lately having regular job like construction worker and second "job" spinning fires infront of a club every friday and saturday night for one hour. Wake up in 05:30 and go to sleep like 22:30 latest. plus all pushups and pullups buziness, and next week go back to gym again.... like no time @ all! :wink:

recently starteda new job locally as a mechanical fitter...better as well on a 6-2...10 -6 rotation...never worked em b4 better than that 8 - 4 bollocks

oh and i get to drive bobcats and big liebherr diggers nowe too...takes me back to my tonka days...not that i ever owned 1 :P
