Re: OUTLOOKERS
Decided i'm gonna run on 3 hours sleep maximum each day so I can get not only all the music every night but also go swimming, go pula, and just hang out with people in the sun.

Re: OUTLOOKERS
Yeah same here. Although I was feeling quite stressed and rushed last year as I had to leave a day earlier than originally planned. Last year was the least I wandered around, it was just basically a lot of running back and forth between apartment and festival.cityzen wrote:This. Feel like a bit of a prick, tbh. I wont make the same mistake this year.Neptune wrote:Last year I was so uncultured I just stayed in the festival site
I reckon a plan would be to head to Pula on the 31st, and then again late on the 5th for a nice meal at least.
Re: OUTLOOKERS
Personally i'm looking forward to laying on the beach, in the sun, music playing in the background, eating one of those glorious sausage roll things from the small bakery.

Re: OUTLOOKERS
There will be dust masks on site, probably being handed out by moi for free...
How big is the festival site? How long would it take to walk between the campsite and the fort for example? We've got a small stage there this year so wondering how long it takes to get around, is everything pretty close together. And what was the capacity last year?

Re: OUTLOOKERS
Drunk and stumbling to the fort from the beach took around 10 minutes, bit less if you're sober

Re: OUTLOOKERS
Ben UFO and Pearson Sound played back to back, was a lot of bass heavy percusive techno... awesome set.g.dot wrote:Ben UFO is sick. You'll get a good set from Pearson Sound tooAxeD wrote:Little off-topic but this thread has a fair amount of knowledgeable readers I reckon.
I'm going to another festival tomorrow and I was wondering two things:
Is Emalkay worth a visit (I'm not into brostep, definitely not going to Skrillex and Borgore)
What kind of set can I expect from Pearson Sound and Ben UFO?![]()
Emakay. meh.
Loefah's set was a lot of techno too, great music and of course great mixing.
Decided to go see Zombie Nation instead of Emalkay, was probably the right choice

Probably best to bring a couple along or a large hanky. Just in case they haven't managed to solve the dust issue.snick01 wrote:are dust masks recommended?
Re: OUTLOOKERS
ye, not taking that risk again this year. camp sounded like a hospice for emphysema patients by the fourth day.

Me and my mates went along the rocks round the side of the beach and climbed up to a path. was pretty quick that way.
Re: OUTLOOKERS
We're taking loads so don't worry about bringing your own, come see us in the clearing or we will probably be handing them out at a few stages.kay wrote:Probably best to bring a couple along or a large hanky.
