You'd have to be pretty self-centered to name your label after yourself - benga beats, buygore, even the hotflush "scuba" catalogue numbers annoy me.
Re: Brostep - Part Deux!
Could just be trying to sell the products based on the name. Not necessarily an egomaniac.idontreallygiveashit wrote:You'd have to be pretty self-centered to name your label after yourself - benga beats, buygore, even the hotflush "scuba" catalogue numbers annoy me.

Sell your product on the product, i'm sure he's got enough twitter followers and facebook fans to make it obvious it's his label.

The SCUBA series were the best releases on Hotflush though.

Maybe it's true that all musicians become egomaniacs when they get big.idontreallygiveashit wrote:Sell your product on the product, i'm sure he's got enough twitter followers and facebook fans to make it obvious it's his label.

Re: Brostep - Part Deux!
Whats all these brostep/trance hybrids i keep hearing on 5USA? Is that that what kids are listening to now?

Re: Brostep - Part Deux!
I quit listening to trance a few years back, was looking for some newer trance a few months back and found "Tomahawk" by Adam K.southstar wrote:Whats all these brostep/trance hybrids i keep hearing on 5USA? Is that that what kids are listening to now?
Heard the brostep, went and shot myself in the face.
It's taken dubstep, dnb, trance, house, and hardcore. Fuck brostep

lol yeah forgot about that, shady records too. Edison Records gets a pass in my book, also initials are okay.LumiNiscent wrote:Planet mu :pidontreallygiveashit wrote:You'd have to be pretty self-centered to name your label after yourself - benga beats, buygore, even the hotflush "scuba" catalogue numbers annoy me.

One of the first dubstep tracks that I thought was a bangerr:
I don't care if it's brostep, it's still a percy.

wow I bet that drove the crowd into a frenzy; to unexpectedly find themselves in his holy presence...personally, I would probably mess myself and need a change afterward.them wrote:Skrill was the secret guest at the RBMA / Major Lazer Carnival Party today
