You just click on it at the top?

ah, if I click window at the top it lets me go to it

Hold down both command + option and then click left or right arrow to switch to the tab to the left or the right

or, hold down command and click 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc to switch to the first, second, third, fourth, fifth etc tab.

fyi if you're on youtube, you have to click away from the video in order for either of those to work, for some reason clicking on the video to pause it or change the time or whatever nulls ur ability to change tabs that way.

ooooooh gotcha. why would you want to use 2 different windows if you could just do that in tabs though?

anyway, I would set up hot corners. in system prefs go to mission control and then hot corners and make one mission control, one desktop, one screensaver, etc. then when you put your mouse in the corner, it will show all the windows you have open for all your applications, or show the desktop, etc. that's what i use.
