i liked the intro, thought the hat could of been of been different, but its a minor thing in terms of the drums since you can only hear them on the intro. the sample is sick, the drop is heavy but i think the synth on the bassline should by lowered a bit to really make you shit yourself. also i think theres a bit too much compression, everything sounds a bit cramped. other than though its very decent, big up

@ soulshynchyld
loving the intro, the sounds work very smoothly together. but i really think you should of gone a different way with the drums, the pattern itself is ok but you should of maybe used some reverbed hats and a clap instead of a snare. didnt feel the drop, the bassline seems a bit gimmicky but the drums are funky. the outro is smooth but again the drums really dont suit it i dont think. just my opinion. maybe you should have different drums for the intro and those heavier drums for the drop. thats what id do, but again thats just me :)

@ bong
the intro drums are sick, vocal sounds cut in nicely. drop is oh my fucking god my face has melted. that would absolutely destroy the dancefloor. second drop is a bit too violent for me, thats just me though. overall yeah its heavy, big up.

heres mine im still working on it, let me know what you guys think, peace!

Try using a little panning to place the hi-hats appart. Also they can use a bit of. Also your wobble sounds a bit standard. I Like the rhythms and atmosphere.

@soulshynchyld
It sounds like a triphop track. Not sure if I like the distorted bass sound around 1:52. Its a bit thin and low on volume. Also I miss a sub, but it could be on purpose. In general I Liked it more after listening to it a few times :)

@Karanp
Your kick sounds thin. But other then that the drums and sfx are sweet! I really like the minimalistic jazzy mood of the track.

@phraktol (first track)
Holy shit! Arrangement, basline etc. are killer. But song also sounds very muddy. There are also quite a few occasions were the bass sounds overdistored.

@redjuan
Nice moody track. I think it could use a sub. Also your drums could use mixing. For example your snare sounds to soft.

And a track I'm currently working on. Still need to figure out an intro and break etc. Comments appreciated. Will return the favor.

Uploaded it for the second time, the mixdown should be improved, did some changes here and there to make it sound better. Need some feedback, need people to be brutally honest, tell me what is shit and what is good. 8)

Really nice tune at the start. at about 1.09 that bass that comes in ruins it for me, but thats a personal thing. it just doesnt seem to fit. That said it is the beginnings of something nice.

Liking this track but your synth seems to get lost within the sub-bass which is a shame, try using a compressor on the synth. Other than that I'm liking the vocals, powerful sub and the jungle drums. :)

i know what you mean but thats why i like it, i find with tunes that if they are too nice all the way through, unless they are really really nice, they get boring and the sound, even if incredible at the start, loses its awe and just becomes a sound so thats why i like to have sounds that aren't soft to make the pad sound nicer. If you know what i mean? Like with Dutch Flowers, 2.04 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wYbjen1P1nk) If the pad was playing for the whole tune you get used to it but because it only comes in after a while or bit it sounds good. or shell of light, because of all the way through it sounds ok but then the end bit is like ahhh yes. obviously in comparison to burial and skream im shit on a shoe but you get what i mean lol.

Decent tune man, but something just doesn't fit. or maybe its just not my thing.

Soundcloud

@tek_selecta
From most favoured to least favoured: 1, 2, 4, 3. In general I think you most work on you mixdown. Also the tracks sound a bit dull eq-wise. But that said I'm do really like the rythems and atmosphere of track 1, 2 and 4.

@we-bang
Funky, nice breaks, I like it! The white noise sounds a bit dry. Putting an autofilter on it might help to make it bigger while adding movement.

@soulshynchyld
Tnx for the feedback! I'll take it into account. Your new version is also sounding better. Also the playful-bass is sounding dark. I think you should give the plucky synth sound a bit more melody/variation. Something mysterious and dark.

@ redjuan
Np dude. I'm already a bit further now. So if your planning on giving feedback be sure you grab the latest one ;)

Made a intro and fixed the drums a bit. Currently thinking of varying the hats and shaker rythems a bit more. :)

Can't really say much yet cause its so short. The kick in the intro though doesn't sound like it belongs in that track. the drop though I am feeling.
