chicagooooooo. lol i gave u song a listen. u must be fairly new right cuz ur sounds have that sorta new to production cheeze on them, sorry if im wrong, all the idea are there just the used sounds could be stronger more concrete.
ya spot on ive been producing for like 2-3 months, lol how do i lose the cheeze?
its the patches u use they just need refinement which comes with Knowledge and experience i didnt have any good sounding beats till about 6 months in

Did this in 1 day. To be honest I'm ashamed that I made a wobbler, not my style at all, don't know what happened to me
haha feedback appreciated anyway, and returned of course.

@charliefoy - I rellay like this, the sub is nice [may I ask how you made it so 'phat' =P] and generally the wibble is nice. Is there any chance I could grab that on 320? It's like old school caspa.
@NoirPantalon Cheers mate I used massive. Just a sine with a Daft filter on, fiddled with the cut off frequency, dropped out the hi end on the eq (dont know if that did anything) and dropped the low end off the wobbles
I've never been asked for a 320 before...hahaha how do i go about sending it?

OK so i worked out how to get the player up on screen. Feedback very much appreciated.
@charliefoy. Some nice sounds in there i think. Perhaps try varying the drum edits at the end of each bar and perhaps a few one off samples to keep it fresh

@BigFatMonkey cheers Yeah i know its a bit dry at the moment. I varied the drums a bit more towards the end so I'll bring them in earlier.

@weedkeepa. Like the wooden dick track, sounds a bit empty though. Perhaps add another oscillator or two, layer it up a bit. Try a bit less reverb too.

@JemGrover - Really likin the vibes of your track but a lot still needs to be done to it. maybe introduce some more little incidental noises etc to keep it flowin better and some more bass variation would be nice. As far as the mixdown goes it's sounding alright to me, just need to raise that sub a bit i'd say. Be careful with it because it could be something really special if you take it in the right direction..
Cheers man.. Yeah, I'm walking a tightrope here; Don't want to ruin it. Not sure if I can pull it off, but I'll invest some more in the bassline/incidentals and possibly some kind of dub chords or vocal sample for interest...
I'm liking the, gated (?) effect you've got going on in your track though. Bass is also super nice.

I actually really like this. I love the tune itself, just wish the bass was a little better
If you worked on the bass, it could be sick man! A real heavy bass would be nice with this I think...
Then a few samples here and there, and chop it up a bit
Worked on this one for a couple days, I tried to make it sound a bit different to the other stuff I make, so just want to know what you lot think ! Feed back proper appreciated, thanks a lot guys !

Just my two cents; keep on it. Don't expect gold, but use it to experiment
the actual drum pattern is workable, and it's got a nice progression with the fade ins/outs but the kick is getting lost in the mix (I'm not exactly a newbie, but I'm by no means wise to production, bare in mind) so look into tube saturation plug-ins as well as EQ'ing it. I've found they've helped give my kicks punch through. Same fore the snare- might want to layer it with something that gives it more high end
As for the wobble? yeah, maybe it's a bit cheesy, haha.. but now the fun begins with experimenting around other waveforms instead of square, or saw, etc..

alright I looked into some of the eq threads and i cut the low end off my snare which is now sounding 10x crisper and created a pocket in the subbass for the kick which i boosted a little bit
after i make some more improvements I'll put up o n soundcloud

Here's an update to the track I posted previously.
I don't even know what to call this as far as a genre. I'm using some influence from different genres like IDM, Glitch, DnB, Trip-Hop, Dubstep, and the Bass pattern used in the second part of the tune is actually partially influenced from a reggae song I heard a few weeks ago. I guess it could go into a "Glitchhop" category but I don't know for sure as I don't listen to a lot of that stuff.
There's a lot I still want to do. I need to come up with a better transition for the second part rather than just some highpass filters and the Full glitch I used in the second part I don't know if I'm liking all that much, so I need to do some more work on that. Let me know what you think so far.
