I know that there are huge differences between the two producers' styles, but it just seems as if Coki receives hardly any appreciation when compared to Mala. When do you think Digital Mystikz will dissolve?

Come to think of it, Coki has been cranking out shit lately...
Mala has better quality control and his tunes tend to be less obnoxious and therefore less divisive. I know it's just a matter of taste but Mala is pretty much the perfect producer. I still like a lot of Coki's more recent stuff though.

I don't think Digital Mystikz will dissolve anytime soon, they both still rate each other and seeing as producing under that name is more about friendship and solidarity than co-production or having the same style it'd be a pretty big statement if they decided to retire it.

People seem to always forget that Coki doesn't exclusively make tearout take a look at: Warlord Riddim, Office, Mood Dub, Celestial Dub, Old Hope, Serious, SoundBoy and a few others.

+1 on Jagag's thing about Mala being the perfect producer - plus he really characterizes what dubstep is about for me - space, weightiness, minimal feel, raw yet controlled power.

The man is beyond legend. And this one is gonna be a crossover record every bongo drumming hippy in my town will enjoy too.
Tastefully produced by the clips of it (I couldn't wait for vinyl) really enjoying the fact that the next MALA is gonna make the samba heads roll.

Aboslutely. I've discussed this album with some older family members who aren't into Dubstep at all and they are really intrigued by it.

I just wanted to say this. My dad mostly listens to spanish classical music and jazz and he thought it was dope (calle F) while he even refuses to listen to a lot of electronic music

Yeah, I think we're underestimating the significance of this thing. This could honestly be 140's saviour.
