Within a month of Yunx debuting the original I swear?
Original was still getting wheeled at that GetDarker night when Yunx dropped the VIP later
i was there on the night. lie detection didn't get a play, it was the vip
lie detection vip came about quite a few months after the original, just about at the same time youngsta started playing his own dubs (lie detection vip -> destruction combo)
Nah man Distance definitely played & wheeled it
http://www.dubstep-mixes.co.uk/deep-dub ... -distance/
Just a quibble tbh, prefer the original but both go off

good shout on the bug and his ability to stay with a raw sound, like, dirty is sick, and yeah, i've been rinsing london zoo of recent, incredible.
i've been trying to make more raw sounding stuff recently, it's sort of working, im enjoying it at least, which is sick.
been saying this for a while though, everythings gotten too clean and nicely polished.
plus it would be nice to hear more than 1 snare per bar again.

pretty much anything dungeon...there are a few tunes here and there i like but i think dungeon has run its course and something new needs to come along. thank god for the likes of Karma, Dubtro, Jafu, B9, Congi, and Geode... i might just kill myself if i hear another tune with that dungeon wub.

Truth - Devil's Hands
I'm a massive fan of Truth, I love them both as producers and people but this tune is soooo overrated. It does absolutely nothing for me. And yes, I've heard it on a system. I just don't get it AT ALL.
I Belong, however, is worth the vinyl purchase alone. Incredible tune.

I find Truth to be pretty hit and miss. Some tunes are up there with some of the best tunes in 140, others actually shock me that they're made by the same people lol.
They have released an absolute shit load of tunes so its to be expected.

The intro is the part that makes me hate it. The rest of it is just really standard / boring.

"Changes" and "Alicia" for sure.
Loefah's remix of 'Candyfloss' by Search & Destroy. That tune is straight up AWFUL and it's praised so highly. He turned a beautiful tune into a generic halfstepper with a shitty bassline.
Any post-Untrue release by Burial.
@ "The Knowledge" by Toasty.. I disagree completely. Top 3 for me for sure. But I also get why someone wouldn't like it. I mean, yeah I get that with all tunes. But I think I see why 'The Knowledge' would be an aquired taste. And I mean that with no disrespect to the tune or Toasty at ALL.

TBH Toasty's tunes seem easier to get into than most dubstep. It's very hyperactive. EQ-filling Breaks, vocals, distorted kicks, reeses etc goin off all over the place.

The loefah remix of candyfloss absolutely destroys a system...so much weight
I think i probably do slightly prefer the original though...I like Anger more than candyfloss too

the knowledge is a class tune. one ive always come back to (and not just for nostalgia purposes).... unlike almsot all of the 'dungeon' tunes out there that ive heard, most of which i cant even remember the names of.
