I think I am at a place to say this is finished but not to sure atm, going to let it sit! Was like the 2nd dubstep tune I ever finished - started to rework it! ANY feedback would be great.

"Jonny it is getting beyond ridiculous now.I thought we could get along, but apparently not.Your basses makes the whole house tremble. You crossed the line,no discussion now, will need to resort to drastic measures"

The intro is really nice, love the use of reverb throughout! But the track seems like its going to lead to something huge (2:09) but it starts to get repetitive and i feel it doesn't really amount to anything in the end. I keep thinking its going to kick in really heavy and riffy but it stays really chilled. It all sounds like a massive introduction to me.

I can see where you're coming from - without sounding like I am dissing your feedback, maybe you was listening to it with the expectation of something what its not? Its a flowing track not a dance floor one.. but I can see where you're coming from.. I think the mix could do with work - after listening through headphones then monitors doing a bit of a-b work - seems some of the progression is very subtle, almost goes un-noticed hence why it might sound boring to you but there is a lot of progression in there, just hidden

Ah damn I just saw I fucked that link up, my bad. Haha

I use Renoise, man, and Massive for my basses. I'm looking for something better for that, actually.

Fun revisiting old tracks! I like the synth-y notes that come in around 20-30 seconds in. I could see how the other listener wanted more after the drop, but I don't think that needs to be anything dancefloor, or heavy, you may just need to bring elements out of the mix.

Pretty tight track for being your 2nd effort. Definitely curious what it sounded like before you started re-working it.

I don't know what it is, but Renoise's interface scares me. Something about tracker types of software just doesnt seem like it would work w/ my brain.

I use Ableton, can't say enough good things about it. Then again, every fanboy feels that way about their DAW. :)

A new beat, almost finished. I just have to mix it down and add/remove a few things and make a better structure.

I just put up a new one, not sure if I'm happy with it just yet. Link in sig, first tune in player. Don't really know what I would add to it, though.

honest feedback appriciated
1st tune is good!! nice solid drop followed by the heavy bass line :D think the drums need a little more punch to them, pattern is kool, they just need more ummph.

2nd tune has good vibrations just needs twisting up a little

good work

First track in the player on my myspazz (link in sig) is the last tune I was working on before my computer crashed (thankfully, I was able to salvage all important tunes except for one and this, the one I was working on),

Here is what I am working on at the moment:

http://www.divshare.com/download/7144382-eed

Dark 2steppy drums (inspired by a Svpreme Fiend song - cheers!), some reese, some vinyl samples, and an accapella.

I could really use some suggestions on the vocals, I don't like them as is but I am new to this, so all feedback, criticism, comments, etc are welcome.

I can take it :)
