for the amount your paying for a ticket you could go to whp for example and see massive international names like theo parrish, scratch lee perry etc.
like that is a ridiculous amount of money for entry to see what are actually small time djs and one big local one

But Reconstvct is a much smaller operation so have to raise prices.

like 3,750 on entry then 2,500 on drinks easily covers the cost of booking those djs and other expenditure and that would still be half the ticket price for early birds

insider info: loe = more like 3 grand than 2

insider info: warehouse project is pretty crap and not at all worth the price of the tickets

Errr... cool?

Richard and Judy agree suicide pact
TV personalities Judy Finnigan and husband Richard Madeley have said they have agreed to an assisted death pact should one of them fall seriously ill.

it was decent when i went 2 years ago. fun but a bit shit last year. and this year i didnt even get let in for being 'late' (I arrived at 11.15) and drunk ( i wasnt). the bouncer said 'you wouldn't turn up to a job late and drunk'.
a bit of an odd thing to say if you are in charge of admission to a night club styled on warehouse raves in the early 90's with a corporate twist. two very different environments

I imagine going to see just djs there would be fucking terrible but I went to the one with Flying Lotus, Kutmah, Thundercat live with a band and Charlie Murphy live with a band and having the live stuff to break it up gave it more of festival stage line up in one club feel than just a super club event. I enjoyed it a fair amount but yeah I imagine it being awful for just djs. Especially as it wasn't even that busy in the main room compared to what it could be too.

my mates who got in said they had security shining torches into ppls eyes and stuff. i think a few ppl died tbf over the last year or two so the mad security is hardly suprising

its all very 1984 in there lol its so facist

fake mdma shit bumped off a few poor geezers there, cos its so fukin hot, they didnt use to have any air con. and WHP wouldnt give out free water, charge like £2 a bottle, and steal the bottle tops so u cant fill ur own waters up :S whch probably helped in killing those people ):

the security have always been bellends, except last year towards the end of the season, when they were actually pretty sound when i spoke to them

actually last time i was there it was really good, nice security, free water bottles being given out and shared around the crowd, nice friendly crowd (literally NEVER happens at whp....), and sick lineup with vibey tunes, really polite bar staff (literally every time ive been there the staff have always been wabjkers)

would probs never go again tho
