Where do I know that sample from? Is it in a Tupac song maybe?
I like the drums, but I think the bassline is out of tune with the sample. Did you stretch the sample to fit the tempo? Cause that could make it fall somewhere between notes, and you'll have to shift the pitch of the synths to match. I've had this problem lots of times!
