Prepare to rinse all of your money on vinyl

You might want to check out some King Shiloh podcasts, Jurrecane. They're from NL, one of the best sounds in Europe IMO

Yeah King Shiloh is big! Didn't knew they had podcatst or whatever though.
I got a shop about 15 minutes from here with like 4000 7" reggae things. And over 200.000 other vinyl things for 1 euro each. (albums are 2.50) i might have a go at that later this week :).

They used to do a weekly show on Roots Lab Intl but I hear there's been some issues with their broadcast licence or something so maybe they aren't doing them any more. There'll be plenty of archived shows on that Talawa site though.

I fucking love 7's, they're so much easier to flip over and run the dub

Not many people making that old style dub with live bands any more really :(

best shops online.

reggaemusicstore.com - lots of steppas stuff on here
scotchbonnet.com - Mungos label/shop decent variety
reggaeroast.com - not the biggest store but they've sometimes got stuff that's out of stock everywhere else.
lionvibes.co.uk - killer second hand roots. Can be a bit pricey but they've normally got some good rare stuff
dubvendor.co.uk - good variety also
Soundsoftheuniverse.com - fairly good selection, they've got a decent selection of dubstep/bass so sometimes shop there to cut down on postage.

they are basically the ones I use regularly, occasionally use Juno or steppas records as well.

Victory is such a huge tune, might have to be my first vinyl purchase in well over a year.

Jah Waggys (http://www.jahwaggysrecords.com/en/)
Honest Jon's (their 7s are often DIRT cheap & loads of Augustus Pablo/Rockers) (http://www.honestjons.com/shop.php)
Pressure Sounds (http://www.pressure.co.uk/)
Champion Sound Records (http://www.championsoundrecords.com/)

Really? When I click checkout it just says "your cart is empty"

Oh both out of stock now. Ah well will have to bag it from somewhere else, so much for "being plenty for everyone"

I wouldn't panic, it'll be in a few more stores next week I think. Not surprised it sold out so quick though, the whole soundsystem scene has been fucking fiending for this tune for ages.

Haven't seen that sound business doc yet, got the Musically Mad documentary which is wicked though.

Victory Update:

It has sold out in an unbelievable 12hr period. We pressed a substantial amount but the sales have completely surpassed any expectations we had.

The requests via Rewind Forward and directly to ourselves continue to stream in. Please DO NOT pay silly money for this tune from people trying to capitalise on it. We have just ordered a repress of another substantial quantity. These will be on sale as soon as we receive them in all usual outlets.

Thankyou so much for the support. Vinyl culture is very much alive!

Digistep + Stryda.
Thank fuck.

Still little downs to Uni computers/RWDFWD whatever was playing up earlier.

+ yeah those 2 docs are big.

This is one of my faves too (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OKJSJypxKKQ) worth it just for the bit where Sir Coxsone walks down some street like an absolute badboy to Cedric Brooks - Mun Dun Go.

few notable samples in there too
